1. Return Eligibility

  • We accept returns within 7 days of the purchase date.
  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Certain items, such as perishable goods, opened supplements, and personalized items, are non-returnable.

2. Return Process

  • Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item received).

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • If you need an exchange, email us at contact@vitasule.com with photos of the issue.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund, check with your bank or payment provider.
